General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope of Application
   These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop, 

2. Contractual Partner
   The purchase contract is concluded with Tolga Karatas, Ida-Goldstein-Straße 16.

3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract
   The presentation of products in the shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. By clicking the order button, you submit a binding purchase offer. Confirmation is sent automatically via email.

4. Prices and Payment Methods
   All prices include statutory VAT. The following payment methods are available: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna Invoice, Shop Pay, UnionPay, Bancontact, EPS Transfer, iDEAL, Maestro. PayPal will be available shortly.

5. Delivery and Shipping
   Delivery is made directly from the manufacturer/supplier (AliExpress) abroad. The delivery time is usually 5 to 15 working days. In exceptional cases, longer delivery times may occur.

6. Retention of Title
   The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

7. Right of Withdrawal
   The statutory right of withdrawal applies with a period of 15 days (see separate withdrawal policy).

8. Warranty
   Statutory warranty rights apply. Please note that complaints regarding dropshipping products must be handled through our support.

9. Jurisdiction
   German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the provider's registered office, insofar as legally permissible.
