📄 Right of Withdrawal
Cancellation Policy
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 15 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 15 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you received the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us (Tolga Karatas, Ida-Goldstein-Straße 16, email: karatastolga2@gmail.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous declaration (e.g., by email).
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments we have received from you (except for delivery costs) no later than 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal.
The refund will be made using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction.
Returning the Goods
The return shipment will be made at your expense directly to our supplier's warehouse (usually in China). You will receive a return address via email after your cancellation. Please note that we cannot accept returns to our German address.
