Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop, -
Contractual Partner
The purchase contract is concluded with Tolga Karatas, Ida-Goldstein-Straße 16. -
Offer and Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. By clicking the order button, you submit a binding purchase offer. Confirmation is sent automatically via email. -
Prices and Payment Methods
All prices include statutory VAT. The following payment methods are available: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna Invoice, Shop Pay, UnionPay, Bancontact, EPS Transfer, iDEAL, Maestro. PayPal will be available shortly. -
Delivery and Shipping
Delivery is made directly from the manufacturer/supplier (AliExpress) abroad. The delivery time is usually 5 to 15 working days. In exceptional cases, longer delivery times may occur. -
Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received. -
Right of Withdrawal
The statutory right of withdrawal applies with a period of 15 days (see separate withdrawal policy). -
Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply. Please note that complaints regarding dropshipping products must be handled through our support. -
Jurisdiction
German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the provider's registered office, insofar as legally permissible.
